All prices exclude GST. Meeting room “unrestricted” use is based on a reasonable fair-use policy – if you’re running lots of all-day sessions, we’ll just chat and set something up that works for both of us.

Powerhouse isn’t a big chain – it’s run by me, Jack. I’m on-site most days, wiring things up, showing people around and making sure the place feels good to work in.

If you need something adjusted – an extra desk, a different layout, a small tweak to your plan – you’re talking directly to the person who can actually change it, not a helpdesk.

The goal is simple: give you a space that works, without the painful long leases and endless back-and-forth.
